KGL – NYFW Spring Summer 2024

New York City – For New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2024, Kanika Goyal Label (KGL) showcased a collection of authentic designs featuring captivating and alluring visual elements such as intersecting lines and alluring colors. Titled “Aether Leak,” the collection explored the mysterious space that blurs the line between the tangible and intangible, where earthly transitions converge with otherworldly dimensions. 

Drawing inspiration from the interplay of light and shadow, the unknown, and the transcendental connection between gods and mortals, the collection gracefully transitioned from dusty pastels to deep, mysterious shades. Materials used for the collection included bonded knits, taffeta, and denim, mirroring cosmic textures and cloud-like softness.

The gradient techniques used in “Aether Leak” created the illusion of shifting dimensions, with airy materials draping like celestial mist. Structured garments incorporated metallic embellishments, emulating the luminous dust particles suspended in the realms of creation.
