NYFW Autumn/Winter 2021 – Mr. Saturday

Continuing the brand’s study of ephemera and cultural progression from the perspective of historical study, the Mr. Saturday Autumn/Winter 2021 “Both Direction At Once” collection reflects on the similarities between different generations and draws inspiration from Evelyn Waugh’s novel, ‘Vile Bodies.’ The novel satirizes young, wealthy people - dubbed “Bright Young Things” - partying in London in the 1920s following World War I. Mr. Saturday reinterprets the novel’s themes and places them in the setting of today -- 2021.
